Returns & Exchanges
Please read our policy carefully before making a purchase.
Returns
- Returns are accepted within 7 days of purchase only if the item is broken or not as described in the ad.
- Items must be returned in the original packaging, unused, and in resalable condition.
- We do not accept returns for "changed mind" reasons or on clearance items.
Refunds & Exchanges
- Once the returned item is received and inspected, we will initiate a refund to your original payment method or arrange an exchange.
- Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs.
Dispute Resolution
- All disputes will be resolved directly between the buyer and seller.
- If a mutually agreed solution is not reached, Tonito support may be contacted within 14 days of the purchase date.
